We list every change on the day it ships.

Entries run newest first, and each one carries the date the change went live. We never backdate an entry.

    We rebuilt the console on a single shell

    Every console screen now sits on the same shell: brief, reports, metrics, retention, history, flags, segments, sources and the trust ledger share the same surfaces and the same type scale. Every figure in the brief opens its trace. Nothing about the way a number is computed changed.
