Founding brands get everything free for 30 days.

Velur is €100 a month, excluding VAT, from then on. That is the founding price, and it stays €100 for as long as you keep Velur. You are told before you are charged, and your sources, your settings and your flags stay as you left them.

No. We take no card during the founding period.

A founding brand is one of the first brands to run Velur on real orders. You connect your sources, you read the brief, and you tell us when a number looks wrong. A correction from a founding brand becomes a permanent check that runs before every brief, for everyone. At the end of the 30 days, you agree to be a named case study: your brand, what was hard, what changed.

The founding price closes when the founding group is full. From then on Velur is priced by your brand's monthly revenue, and we go through the figure for your brand on the call. Founding brands keep €100 for as long as they stay.

No. Velur is month to month. You are told before you are charged, and you can stop at any time.

You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again, but we do not refund a month that has already started. Since there is no minimum term, the most you can ever be out of pocket is the month you are in. If we charged you in error, or charged you after you cancelled, we refund it in full. The Terms set this out in section 7.

No. €100 is the price before VAT, which is added where it applies at the rate that applies to you. Businesses elsewhere in the EU account for it under the reverse charge, so the €100 is what you pay.

Because Shopify has us set the price of an app in US dollars. If you install Velur from the Shopify App Store, you get a 30-day free trial, and after that Shopify bills you $119 a month on your Shopify invoice. If Velur bills you directly, the price is €100 a month, excluding VAT.

No. A dashboard shows you numbers and leaves the reading to you. We send you one brief every morning that says what changed, compute every figure in it from your own orders and payments, and open each one to the records behind it. The model writes the sentence. It never computes a number.

Eleven figures for the day before, each against its 28-day pace: gross and net revenue, orders, average order value, refunds and refund rate, new customers, repeat customer rate, MRR, ad spend and blended ROAS. Under them sits a flag for any figure that landed far from its pace, and a short note that explains the day from those numbers.

You authorise each source from your own account with read scopes, we read your history, and the first brief arrives the morning after your first complete day. There is nothing to install and nothing to configure, and the person who reads the brief is the person who connects it.

Yes. We compute MRR at the end of each day from your payment processor's subscriptions and put it in the brief beside your store revenue.

No. We put your ad spend and your blended ROAS in the brief, which is total spend against total revenue, and we do not assign orders to campaigns. A figure we cannot compute the same way every day does not go in the brief.

Shopify, Stripe, Meta and Recharge are connected and running today. Google Analytics, Klaviyo and further e-commerce tools are on the way, and we add them in the order founding brands ask for them. We will go through the ones you run on the call.

Because we do less, on purpose. We compute eleven figures from your own records and explain them. We do not run an attribution model, a data warehouse or a media mixer. Those are the expensive parts of the products you are comparing us with, and the reason their price is banded by your revenue. One published price, €100 a month, and founding brands keep it.

No. We hold read scopes and nothing else: read_orders, read_all_orders and read_customers on your store, and a restricted read key on your payment processor, which we refuse if it is a secret key. There is no write scope in the app manifest, so there is no Write column in the access table. Security lists the exact scope each source grants.

In a database in the EU, in Paris. Raw records never leave it: the model that writes the brief receives aggregates only, and no other brand ever sees your figures. Security lists every sub-processor and the exact scope each source grants.

A general export is not built yet, and we will not imply otherwise. Deletion is real and automatic: a redaction request deletes every row for your workspace, and disconnecting a source deletes its stored token.
